Role within the ACT
OzHelp is the leading suicide prevention service provider for building and construction in the ACT. It is where OzHelp first started and created a model that has reduced suicide in our target area.
We work closely with the industry associations, training organisations and employers to ensure that all workers and managers in the building and construction industry know of our services and feel comfortable in coming to our staff for information or support.
To do our work effectively, OzHelp has formed numerous parnerships with other key organisations that deal with stress, depression, nutrition, suicide, alcohol and many others. It is these partnerships and our dedicated staff and management team that give us the ability to do our job well.
